During my consecutive internships with Big Sky Public Relations (BSPR) over a span of three years, I managed social media content creation and follower engagement for our client, Rebecca Farm. Through expanded utilization of the Instagram and Facebook stories and advertising options, I significantly increased overall reach and engagement numbers each year. I gained experience in community communications with another client, Montana Department of Transportation, through managing communications databases to informational tabling at local events. Finally, I’ve worked on internal BSPR projects to create social media strategy, make website edits, improve SEO rankings and create weekly blog content.

2020

• Created and managed Rebecca Farm’s 5-month social media plan, resulting in an overall reach of 303,456 and 46,712 total engagements across Facebook and Instagram. 

• Served as sole public relations staffer for Rebecca Farm’s eventing competition, generating live social media content, managing livestream programming and press releases to engage virtual spectators and media contacts. 

2019

• Created and managed Rebecca Farm’s 4-month social media plan, resulting in an overall reach of 176,433 and 25,188 total engagements across Facebook and Instagram. 

• Edited 5 promotional videos for Rebecca Farm promoting their main competition and fundraiser. 

• Served as 1 of 4 public relations staffers for Rebecca Farm’s national three-day eventing competition hosting around 20,000 spectators, 600 competitors and press organizations. 

• Drafted blog posts and press releases for Rebecca Farm
